Directions

By Road:

From I-15 North / US-95 North:

• Traveling on I-15 NORTH take exit #42A to merge onto US-95 NORTH toward Reno.
• On US-95 North take exit #82B toward Lake Mead West/Rainbow North.
• Keep right on the exit so that you merge onto W Lake Mead Blvd so that you cross over US-95.
• Go just over a mile and turn right onto Mariner Drive.
• Go just over half a mile and turn left onto Regatta.
• 2620 Regatta will be on the right.

From I-15 South:

• Traveling on I-15 SOUTH take exit #42 to merge onto US-95 NORTH toward Reno.
• On US-95 North take exit #82B toward Lake Mead West/Rainbow North.
• Keep right on the exit so that you merge onto W Lake Mead Blvd so that you cross over US-95.
• Go just over a mile and turn right onto Mariner Drive.
• Go just over half a mile and turn left onto Regatta.
• 2620 Regatta will be on the right.

From US-95 South:

• Traveling on US-95 SOUTH take exit #83 for Cheyenne Avenue.
• Turn right onto W. Cheyenne Avenue.
• Turn left onto N Buffalo Drive.
• Turn right onto Regatta.
• 2620 Regatta will be on the right.

From Beltway/Clark County 215:

• Traveling on the Las Vegas Beltway/Bruce Woodbury Beltway/Clark County 215 take exit #30 to merge onto W. Cheyenne Avenue.
• . Turn right onto N. Soft Breezes Drive.
• Turn left onto Coral Shores Drive which then becomes Mariner Drive.
• Turn right onto Regatta.
• 2620 Regatta will be on the right.
